What's a time when you failed at something but through grit and determination became successful at it?
I have always been not so good at time management and once before my exam a lot of work had come up and I thought this is the end of me and my hope at managing stuff.
But thankfully I didn't lose faith in myself and started with a small list and completing those, and now I help others to manage their work as well.

A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
Firstly we should believe in ourself and if I find the review as a potential threat it is smart to alert the authorities. Secondly if the review is just an opinion it is wise to ignore such opinions and reviews and not let that affect us.
