How do you stay up to date with social media trends?
I stay on top of social media trends just by being on it all the time. I’m always scrolling, but I don’t just watch trends—I actually try them out, like when I’m filming on campus or doing tabling events. I pay attention to what people actually engage with, especially more real, unfiltered content, and switch things up based on that.

What role does nutrition and fitness play in your life? -- What year are you in school and what school do you go to?
Nutrition and fitness play a huge role in my life because I’m a Division II athlete. Proper fueling helps me keep up with intense training, performances, and recovery, so I’m very intentional about what I eat and how I take care of my body. I’m currently a sophomore at the University of Texas at Dallas.
