What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?

In my Professional Selling class, I learned the importance of qualifying leads by understanding their needs, authority, budget, and timeline. I start by asking open-ended questions to uncover pain points and goals, then assess whether our solution aligns with their challenges. Even though I haven’t worked in a remote sales environment yet, I’ve practiced these strategies through role plays, and I’m confident applying them in a real sales context.

do you have any remote sales experience? if so, what tech stack did you use?

I don’t have direct remote sales experience yet, but I did take a professional selling class where I learned sales techniques and relationship-building strategies. Through that course, I’ve become familiar with tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel for communication and data tracking. I’m confident that those skills translate well into a remote environment, and I’m excited to build hands-on experience using full remote sales tech stacks.
