Can you share a time when your communication skills have helped you successfully engage with a community?
In my previous role, I was helping a small online study group where members came from different backgrounds and spoke different levels of English. At first, some people were shy to share their ideas. I started asking simple questions, encouraging them to speak, and using clear and friendly language so everyone could follow. Over time, more members joined the discussions and even started helping each other. It showed me how much good communication can build trust and keep a community active.

How would you approach promoting language learning opportunities to a diverse audience?
I would promote language learning by showing people how it can be useful in their own lives. For example, some may want it for work, others for travel, or just to connect with new people. I would share simple success stories and real examples that people can relate to. I’d also use different ways to reach them, like social media, online groups, or local communities. Most importantly, I would make it clear that learning a language is possible for everyone if it’s taught in an easy and flexible way.
