Interview Questions
Deep Blue.
Content Creator for Sustainable Streetwear Brand

If you were hired, how would you approach building out a content plan for Deep Blue?
If I were hired by Deep Blue, I’d start by getting to know the community and what excites them, then create a content plan with a mix of fun, interactive posts, educational bits about ocean conservation, and fresh video ideas like TikTok GRWMs (“Get Ready With Me” behind-the-scenes at events), day-in-the-life ambassador vlogs, quick ocean facts, challenges, and creative memes. I’d schedule regular features, encourage polls and user-generated content, and always stay flexible by tracking what works best—making sure our Deep Blue crew feels included, connected, and inspired every step of the way!

What do you think is more important for a brand: going viral or building consistent community engagement? Why?
Sure, going viral brings in crowds, but having a loyal PlanetDeepBlue crew means people care, share, and support your cause for the long run. With community engagement, you turn fans into friends and every day feels like an epic adventure together. That’s how you make a brand truly out-of-this-world!
Beam Organics
Demo Lead/Brand Ambassador

what qualities do you have that make you an ideal fit for this opportunity?
I’m outgoing, adaptable, and love connecting with new people—whether that’s hyping up an event or helping someone feel like they belong. I bring positive energy everywhere I go, and I never shy away from a new challenge. Plus, I’m great at social media, quick on my feet, and always ready with a smile. I genuinely enjoy bringing people together and making everyone feel included, which I think is what being a student ambassador is all about!
