As a Howie Ambassador, one way I would create community and excitement around language learning is by organizing a language exchange program. The language exchange program would bring together language learners from different backgrounds and proficiency levels to practice speaking and listening in a supportive and fun environment. Participants would be paired up with language partners who speak the language they want to learn, and who want to learn the language they speak. To kick off the program, we could organize an introductory event where participants can meet each other, learn about the program and its goals, and participate in icebreaker activities designed to build rapport and trust between language partners. To keep the community engaged and excited, we could also organize regular meetups, online events, and challenges that encourage participants to practice their language skills and connect with other language learners. For example, we could organize a "language exchange game night" where participants play games while speaking in their target language, or a "language exchange challenge" where participants are encouraged to speak with native speakers for a certain amount of time each day. By creating a language exchange program that is both fun and effective, we can help language learners build confidence, make new friends, and create a sense of community around language learning.

One idea to drive awareness and community around Parch and March Madness would be to create a social media campaign that encourages users to share their predictions for the tournament and their Parch scores. The campaign could involve creating a branded hashtag and asking users to share their predictions for each game using the hashtag. Participants could also be encouraged to share their Parch scores and compete with others to see who can score the highest. To increase engagement, the campaign could offer prizes or incentives to users who participate and share their predictions. For example, users who score the highest on Parch could be entered into a drawing for a gift card or other prize. To further build community, the campaign could also include interactive elements such as live streams, TikTok’s, or twitter chats where fans can discuss their predictions and favorite teams. Overall, this campaign would help drive awareness and engagement around Parch and March Madness by creating a fun and competitive environment for fans to connect and share their predictions.
