If you could build your own brand, what would it be and how would you make it culturally relevant?

If I could build my own brand, it would be a beauty and lifestyle label called Atelier de Mémoire. It's a sensory-driven, emotionally intelligent brand designed for the hyper-online girl who still romanticizes her life offline. The product line would center around nostalgic fragrances, soft-glow makeup, and curated objects that feel like memories you can hold. Cultural relevance would come from setting a tone, not chasing trends. The brand would live in moodboards, blurry mirror pics, and quiet moments of confidence. Campaigns would be shot on film. Captions would read like poetry. Packaging would feel like it belongs in a vintage bookshop in Paris. We’d collaborate with emerging artists, create limited drops that feel collectible, and speak in a tone that is smart and intimate. It would be less about pushing a product and more about building a world people want to be part of. It's made for the girl who knows aesthetic is not shallow when it is intentional. She is not buying something because it is trending. She is buying it because it feels like her.

Who are your social media crushes right now? Brands, influencers, creators.

Brands: Heaven by Marc Jacobs feels like Tumblr-era rebellion paired with modern It-girl chaos. It’s messy in a way that’s intentional and cool. The Row barely posts, but when they do, it’s perfect. Minimal captions, muted colors, and the kind of luxury that speaks without needing attention. Hotel Amour is pure Parisian seduction. You don’t even need to stay there. Just tagging it feels aspirational. Creators and Influencers: Julia Dang (@thelineup) is always ahead of the curve. Her fits are sleek, elevated, and make basics look runway ready. Asia Choi (@thisisasiachoi) has that quiet richness. Everything she wears feels thoughtful and expensive without being loud. Amanda Pavillard (@amandapavillard) nails the soft LA aesthetic. Think almond-shaped nails, espresso martinis, and soft lighting. Devon Lee Carlson is still the blueprint. Nothing feels forced. She posts when she wants and everyone eats it up. I like people and brands who understand aesthetic control. It’s not about doing the most. It’s about doing just enough to make people want more.
