How do you stay organized?
I like to keep things simple but clear. I use a mix of digital tools and quick checklists to stay on top of tasks and deadlines. For bigger projects, I rely on tools like Google Sheets, Trello, or Notion to track deliverables, due dates, and who’s responsible for what.
Each week, I break down my tasks into daily priorities so nothing piles up last minute. I also set calendar reminders for important deadlines and check in with people ahead of time if something needs follow-up.
If I’m working with multiple creators or ambassadors, I keep organized folders with briefs, brand guidelines, and submitted content so I can easily review and share feedback.
Overall, I find that clear systems and small daily habits help me stay organized, meet deadlines, and keep everyone in the loop.

How do you ensure that deliverables are submitted on time and on-brand in a fast-paced environment?
To keep deliverables on time and on-brand, I rely on three things: clear communication, organized tracking, and setting expectations upfront.
First, I make sure everyone (ambassadors, creators, or teammates) knows exactly what’s expected, with clear briefs, deadlines, and brand guidelines. I break big tasks into smaller milestones and check in regularly to spot any roadblocks early.
I also keep everything organized with shared spreadsheets or project management tools so I can track who’s done what, and follow up quickly if someone needs a reminder or extra help.
Finally, I always double-check content before submission to make sure it matches the brand’s tone and visuals. If needed, I’ll give constructive feedback so creators can adjust fast without missing deadlines.
Overall, I think staying proactive, approachable, and detail-oriented is the key to delivering great work, even when things move fast.

Have you ever sold something online or in person? Share an example, big or small. Talk about what you learned from that selling experience
Yes! I’ve sold clothes both online through Depop and in person on my college campus. On Depop, I learned how important it is to take good photos, write clear, friendly descriptions, and respond quickly to buyers, it taught me how visuals and communication can make or break a sale.
Selling in person on campus helped me get comfortable talking to people, describing what makes an item special, and being approachable. I realized that when people see your genuine excitement about what you’re offering, they’re more likely to buy and tell their friends.
Overall, it showed me that selling is really about presenting things in a way that feels relatable and creating a vibe people connect with, which is exactly what I try to do with my content, too.
