Can you give an example of a time when you suggested and successfully implemented user experience improvements?
I noticed that users were frequently abandoning the checkout process on our e-commerce platform. After analyzing user feedback I noticed that the multi-step checkout process was confusing and required too many fields. I proposed a streamlined, one-page checkout process and we conducted A/B testing, comparing the old and new checkout flows. The results showed a 25% decrease in cart abandonment and a 15% increase in completed purchases.

How do you approach analyzing feedback to extract meaningful insights?
I look for recurring words or phrases that indicates trends and count how often a certain problem appears then I classify them as positive, negative or neutral to extract deeper insights
