Choosing the right influencers for the gifting program is key! It is important to note that if the influencer has no interest in your product, you will not be able to build a reliable relationship, nor will you be reaching your ideal audience. A Beauty Guru whose following is mostly comprised of younger women with hobbies in fashion and skincare, wouldn't want to partner with a company that advertises protein shakes and workout equipment! Another thing about influencers is that they thrive off attention, and social media trends bring in the most! As long as the company's product is trendy, people will like, comment, and share simply because it follows the trends. Nothing is more exciting to an influencer than being able to reach deep into the heart of their community, grab the attention, and keep them satisfied!

Gifting programs can be hit or miss. What strategies DO YOU USE TO ENCOURAGE influencers TO post, and how do you measure success?

I would encourage the influencer by building a genuine relationship with them. A trustworthy partner can make or break a business! I would also encourage creative freedom to our partners. Their ideas, attitude, and social media presence is the sole reason why an influencer is chosen for gifting programs. The success of a gifting program has an unsound definition, but ultimately, if the product is getting media attention, it is a success.
