In my final feedback I always make sure to use constructive feedback, providing examples on what went well and what can be improved while trying to consider various perspectives such as when reviewing my teachers’ courses at the end of the year.

I am someone who has always been described and driven and timely. I make sure to get my work done thoroughly and on time, setting up evens in advance and leaving time for analysis.

How would you design engaging focus group sessions or 1:1 INTERVIEWS with youth and parents to gather valuable insights? Please describe any experience doing so.
I have experience leading meetings on reviews and feedback for programs and services and plan to use what I learned to make effective and engaging interviews with GRYT. I would love to start with fun icebreakers but then move to the questions.
