I define success by the growth of organic followers who genuinely engage and bring value back to the brand, whether that’s through conversions, shares, or community building. I also look at metrics like engagement rate, reach, saves, and shares, not just likes. To me, consistent interaction and meaningful audience response matter more than just follower count.

Can you walk us through a successful social media campaign you've managed in the past?

I haven’t led a full scale social media campaign yet, but I’ve consistently created and managed engaging content for Instagram pages like @themuslimgene. I focus on understanding what resonates with the audience, staying on top of trends, and posting regularly to build connection and growth and I’m excited to take on full campaigns moving forward.
