There has to be a form of screening. You can tell a lot about a person through social media. By reaching out to brands they have previously worked with to get a reference on their character. It's also smart to not go "all in" and risk too much product.

How do you ensure that social media content aligns with brand voice and values?
It is very important to connect new trends with the companies goals. This can be through checking with others before posting to make sure it is hitting the desired audience but continuing to demonstrate the companies morals and values. I would make sure, especially in social media now, to make sure there is no content that would generate bad feedback.
