I would create a campaign based off of students creating their campus identity. My university is a art school and I would pitch to students about how useful the creative cloud is and how helpful it would be to students.

I have used Adobe Premiere, and Adobe express. I use adobe premiere with creating long videos for my org and I use adobe express to create flyers for multiple student orgs.
