I prefer Klaviyo for e-commerce because of its deep Shopify integration and robust predictive analytics, which make segmenting by 'Customer Lifetime Value' seamless. For B2B or general newsletters, I lean toward Beehiiv or Mailchimp; Beehiiv is particularly impressive for its native growth tools and clean UI, while Mailchimp’s 'Customer Journey Builder' is excellent for visualizing complex logic without needing a developer."

I’d focus on hyper-personalization and reducing friction. First, I’d implement AI-driven product recommendations based on real-time browsing behavior to increase Average Order Value (AOV). Next, I’d deploy an AI chatbot (like Tidio or Octane AI) to handle 24/7 customer FAQs and provide instant size or style advice. Finally, I’d use predictive analytics to automate 'restock' or 'replenishment' reminders, ensuring the journey doesn't end at the first purchase.
