Wellness and beauty are intertwined. Over the years, the beauty industry has incorporated that taking care of yourself or appearance is a wellness. It has greatly impact the society on building their own self-esteem. For me, the wellness or beauty brand that has great social media presence are brands that continue to empower people and encourage a healthy practice in beauty such as loving yourself and not compromise your health in order to achieve beauty standards. Despite beauty being part of wellness there are some things that sets them apart and that is beauty is a reflection of how an individual takes care of themselves and wellness are the habits and healthy lifestyle action in taking care of themselves.
