I would convince my friends to join H\FC by telling them how easy it is to apply to all these different opportunities, and explain that there are so many different opportunities for everyone and it's a super easy platform with a DOPE UI!

One piece of feedback for H\FC is having resume, internship, and general work advice! I think having newsletters or even short-form/podcast content would be highly engaging as students on this site are trying to develop their portfolios and resumes!
