I have in-person sales experience and also some remote outreach experience. During the pandemic, I worked on a remote initiative where I made calls to inform and assist residents in the Philadelphia area with online registration processes. That experience helped me get comfortable communicating effectively over the phone, following structured scripts, and maintaining detailed records of each interaction — all key skills in sales development. In terms of tools, I’m familiar with using Excel and Google Sheets for tracking, and I’ve also used CRM-style databases to organize contact information and outreach notes.
