How would you go about finding quality content creators for our brand?
To find high-quality content creators for our brand, I’d take a strategic and community-driven approach, focusing on TikTok’s unique culture. First, I’d use TikTok’s search and trending hashtags to identify rising creators with high engagement, prioritizing micro-influencers (10k-100k followers) who have loyal, active communities. Instead of just cold outreach, I’d engage with potential creators by duetting their videos, commenting, and interacting to build relationships organically. I’d also leverage TikTok’s Creator Marketplace for verified influencers and launch branded challenges to encourage user-generated content (UGC), allowing us to recruit top-performing participants. Additionally, I’d analyze creators’ cross-platform presence (Instagram, YouTube) to ensure long-term brand alignment. To foster deeper connections, I’d build a private Discord or creator hub where potential collaborators can engage with our brand before formal partnerships. This method ensures we’re not just hiring content creators but cultivating brand advocates who can create viral, high-quality content authentically.

Are you an extroverted person and are you confident in your ability to manage a group of creators?
I’d say I’m a mix—mostly introverted but extremely social when it comes to collaboration and leadership. I’m a natural observer who thrives on understanding people, which helps me connect deeply and manage groups effectively. While I love my quiet, homebody moments, I also bring strong communication, organization, and adaptability when working with teams. I have a unique ability to balance strategy with creativity, ensuring that projects run smoothly and people feel valued. I may not be the loudest in the room, but I make sure every voice is heard and every idea has the space to grow.
