What’s your approach to improving content based on feedback or analytics?

The Second Draft Rule I never just "tweak" based on feedback; I re-layer. If the feedback is that the tone is too stiff, I’ll literally record a voice memo of myself explaining the topic to a friend, transcribe it and use that as the basis for the new draft. It’s the fastest way to inject personality back into a project.

When you get a creative brief, how do you make it feel authentic?

I write as if I’m responding to a text from a friend, not giving a presentation. Authentic content mirrors the way people actually talk in their heads. Instead of "Our platform offers diverse career opportunities for undergraduates." I would try this "I was terrified of graduating without a plan until I found this."

What’s your process for coming up with hooks that stop people from scrolling?

Positioning yourself as a peer who found a "cheat code" creates instant community. Example: "I feel like I'm gatekeeping, but you guys need to know about this..." or "I wish I knew this before I started [Project/Major]."
