Have you ever sold something online or in person? Share an example, big or small. Talk about what you learned from that selling experience
Yes, I have experience selling both online and in person, most notably through my role at Kendra Scott, where I consistently ranked as one of the top performers at my store. At Kendra Scott, customer experience is everything, and our WOW Service philosophy emphasizes creating memorable, personalized interactions that go beyond just making a sale. I’ve sold a wide range of products, from clearance pieces to high-end fine jewelry, so I’ve learned how to tailor my approach based on the customer’s needs and budget. Whether it’s helping someone find an affordable gift or guiding a client through selecting a statement piece, I focus on listening carefully and offering expert styling advice to build trust and create genuine connections. This experience taught me the importance of empathy, product knowledge, and attentiveness. It’s not just about closing a sale but about making each customer feel valued and excited about their purchase. These skills translate well to brand ambassador roles because they center on authentic engagement and fostering loyalty. Overall, my time at Kendra Scott sharpened my ability to sell confidently and thoughtfully, no matter the product or price point.

What's your video creation process? How do you usually get your inspirations?
My video creation process starts with tapping into niches that feel authentic to my lifestyle, whether that's fashion, wellness, or those understated, high-taste moments that feel both aspirational and relatable. I’m drawn to content that’s visually elevated but still grounded in reality — think quiet luxury meets college girl routine. I usually pull inspiration from my own daily experiences: GRWMs for sorority events, content behind-the-scenes at MUF&D, or post-practice resets with my skating team. These moments are real to me, but I always approach them through a refined, aesthetic lens. I keep a close eye on trending formats, audio, and visual styles, especially within the high-fashion, beauty, and clean-girl spaces of TikTok and Instagram. I’m constantly consuming content — not just to stay on trend, but to understand what feels fresh, thoughtful, and tastefully done. When filming, I focus on clean visuals — whether it’s my curated dorm, a chic outfit, or subtle product placement — because I know strong visual storytelling keeps people watching. I like my content to feel effortless, but everything from lighting to music is intentionally chosen to reflect a specific vibe. Ultimately, I create with the goal of making people feel something — inspired, comforted, seen — and I think that connection, paired with a clear visual identity, is what gives my content its staying power.

Tell me about a piece of content you made that got more engagement than usual. What do you think made it successful?
One piece of content that performed far better than usual was a TikTok I posted with the caption: “cold weather means Olsen hair tuck,” using a trending audio. It was a short, aesthetic video showing me with my hair tucked into my coat, referencing the iconic, effortless Olsen twin winter look. The post ended up getting over 30,000 views on my personal account, which was a major spike compared to my usual engagement. What made it so successful, I think, was the combination of niche relatability and strong visuals. The video was filmed in my aesthetically styled dorm room, and I was wearing a thoughtfully put-together outfit that really matched the cool, clean, understated vibe. It stood out while people were scrolling — especially because the reference was specific but recognizable for people into fashion. I also received comments from people who said they usually didn’t like the “hair tuck” style, but that I was the first person they’d seen do it right, which told me the post didn’t just reach people who already loved the look, but also made others reconsider it. That level of engagement, not just likes but personal, opinion-shifting comments, made the content feel especially impactful. Overall, this video showed me how much power there is in a strong aesthetic, good timing, and leaning into a very specific but well-executed fashion moment.
