What role does nutrition and fitness play in your life? -- What year are you in school and what school do you go to?
I am a Freshman at Texas Christian University and nutrition plays a huge role in my life as a division 1 swimmer! I believe protein and the proper nutrition is so important to athletes and we must prioritize protein in the foods we are eating!
