My idea of an active day is one where I’m constantly moving between different responsibilities and activities, whether that’s walking Austin trails, going to a workout class, attending law school classes, working on nonprofit initiatives, creating content, or spending time outdoors with friends. I like staying busy and active in ways that feel balanced, social, and energizing rather than strictly fitness-focused.
