What types of content do you find most effective for engaging health-conscious consumers?
I’ve found that health-conscious consumers engage most with content that feels trustworthy, personal, and practical, and not overly polished or performative. People want to see real routines from real people, not just staged product shots. My audience follows me because I speak openly about my real life, and that authenticity builds trust. Content that performs well tends to have a mix of: Lifestyle integration: showing how a product fits into travel days, morning routines, grocery runs, airport packing, etc. Micro education: quick, digestible facts that feel insightful but not preachy. Honest POVs: why I actually use this, what problem it solves for me, not just “this product is great.” When health content is rooted in personal experience rather than marketing language, it feels more like a recommendation from someone you trust, which is ultimately what builds long-term community and loyalty.

What makes you a good fit for a content creator for seed?
I believe I’m a great fit for Seed because I approach wellness through the lens of intentional living, taking care of my body so I can live, travel, host, and experience life fully. As a vegetarian, vitamins are a non-negotiable part of my daily routine, so I genuinely understand the importance of microbiome health and consistent supplementation. I travel often, and I’m always looking for solutions that make staying healthy on the move easier. Seed’s travel packs solve a very real pain point for me. I hate repacking vitamins every time I fly, and I would love to share that experience in a way that feels useful and relatable to others. Even though I’m based in Spain, Seed ships internationally, and my audience is split between the U.S. and Europe. I see that as an opportunity to expand your reach to a wider global audience, while creating content that shows Seed as a travel-friendly wellness essential for people living life between places.
