What do you think is more important for a brand: going viral or building consistent community engagement? Why?

I’d say consistent community engagement is more important. Going viral is fun, but it’s short-term. An engaged community sticks around, builds trust, and that’s what really drives long-term growth. Plus they’re usually the ones who help content go viral anyway.
