Can you describe a time when you effectively represented a brand at an event?
I helped organize a Self-Care Spa Night at my sorority, partnering with a skincare brand to provide free samples and mini facials. I represented the brand by sharing product benefits, answering questions, and creating an Instagram story series showing sisters enjoying the experience. I also set up a cute photo area with the brand’s logo, encouraging attendees to post and tag them. This boosted engagement and left a lasting positive impression on our chapter.

How would you engage with event attendees to create a positive brand experience?
I’d keep the energy fun and welcoming by starting conversations, hyping up the product, and encouraging attendees to take photos or try interactive elements. I’d also create Instagrammable moments, like a cute photo spot or giveaway, to get people excited and sharing their experience online.
