How would you make matcha feel fresh and exciting to a Gen Z audience without leaning on overdone aesthetics?
I’d focus on making matcha feel realistic, energizing, and part of everyday life instead of just another “perfect aesthetic” trend. I think Gen Z connects more with personality, humor, routines, and authenticity, so I’d create content around busy mornings, campus life, wellness habits, coffee shop alternatives, study days, pilates, or little daily rituals that people genuinely relate to. Instead of overly curated content, I’d make it feel fun, approachable, and actually useful — showing how matcha fits naturally into a lifestyle rather than just looking pretty on camera.

What type of short-form content performs best on TikTok in your opinion?
In my opinion, the best-performing TikTok content feels authentic, fast-paced, and relatable while still being visually engaging. “Get ready with me,” mini vlogs, routines, taste tests, before-and-afters, and aesthetic lifestyle clips tend to do really well because they feel natural instead of overly produced. I also think strong hooks in the first few seconds, trending audio, quick cuts, and genuine reactions are what keep people watching and engaging with the content.
