What do you listen for when reviewing podcast content?

When I review podcasts, I pay attention to three things: clarity, engagement, and alignment with the brand’s message. I listen for a clear flow of ideas, hosts/guests who keep the energy engaging, and whether the content feels authentic and relevant to the audience. I also notice small details — like pacing, tone, or moments that could be tightened — because those can make the difference between a good episode and a great one.

How do you approach providing constructive feedback?

I always start with positivity and intention — pointing out what’s working well before suggesting improvements. My goal is to make feedback specific, actionable, and supportive, so it feels like collaboration instead of criticism. Whether it’s a product feature or a social post, I frame my feedback as: “Here’s what I love, here’s what could make it even stronger.” That way, the brand can grow while still knowing what’s already resonating.

what are ideas you have for a yerba madre branded event?

1. “Sip & Sculpt” with Yerba Madre x Wellness Society Start with a Yoga Sculpt class taught by you or another CorePower instructor. Provide Yerba Madre cans post-class as a refreshing recovery drink. Brand tie-in: “Fuel your flow with clean energy.” 2. “Pickleball & Pop-Ups” Host a Pickleball social tournament (students love this right now). Yerba Madre provides a hydration + energy station with branded coolers. Bonus: Add a fun giveaway (paddle wraps, sweat towels, or Yerba Madre merch). 3. “Study Break Refuel” Pop-Up Set up during midterms/finals week in a popular study spot. Give out Yerba Madre with affirmation cards or quick mindfulness tips. Brand tie-in: “Focus powered by Yerba Madre.” 4. “Wellness Weekend Market” Partner with other local wellness brands for a mini market vibe. Yerba Madre sponsors a sampling booth + lounge area with music. Incorporate social media activation: “Tag us & Wellness Society with your Yerba Madre moment.” 5. “Sunrise Flow & Sip” Early morning outdoor yoga or meditation on campus. Everyone gets a Yerba Madre to start the day off energized and fresh.
