How long (Generally) does it take you to create a piece of video content?
On average, it takes me about 3 to 6 hours to create a piece of video content, depending on the complexity. That includes brainstorming the idea, filming, editing (especially if I’m doing cuts to a beat or voiceovers), writing a caption, and making sure it all feels aligned with my personal brand/the message I want to share.

How do you stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt them into your content creation strategy?
I stay updated on trends by staying active on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts—both as a creator and a consumer. I pay close attention to trending sounds, editing styles, and content formats that are resonating, especially within wellness, lifestyle, and skincare. I also follow creators I admire and analyze how they are putting their own twist on popular trends. When adapting trends into my content, I always start by asking: “How can this feel true to me and still bring value to my audience?” Whether it's using a trending audio or utilizing a visual style, I make sure the trend enhances my message rather than distracts from it. My goal is to keep content feeling fresh and relevant while still grounded in authenticity.
