How would you plan a wellness event?
I would start by identifying the goal of the wellness event—whether it’s stress relief, fitness engagement, or product education—and tailoring everything around that purpose. Next, I’d choose a high-traffic, accessible campus location and a time that fits students’ schedules. I’d plan interactive elements like mini workouts, guided stretching, or sampling stations to keep people engaged rather than just observing. Promotion would be key, so I’d use social media, flyers, and word-of-mouth through student organizations to build excitement beforehand. During the event, I’d focus on creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere and gathering feedback so we can measure engagement and improve future events.

Share a little about your interest in fitness on campus.
Fitness is a big part of my life on campus. As a member of the UTampa Dance Team, staying active is essential for both performance and overall wellness. I’m consistently in the gym for strength training, conditioning, and recovery, and I also enjoy group fitness classes and staying active with friends. Being involved in fitness on campus has helped me build discipline, balance my schedule, and stay motivated, and I love being part of a community that prioritizes health and movement.

Are you comfortable stopping peers and getting them to sample create gummies?
Yes, I’m very comfortable with that. I’m outgoing and used to engaging with peers in social settings, whether it’s through campus activities, work, or events. I know how to approach people in a friendly, non-pushy way and make the interaction feel natural. I’m confident I could explain the product clearly, create a positive experience, and encourage people to try the gummies while representing the brand well.
