How would you describe a successful training Process?
a successful training process should highlight 3 major things. The first, and most obvious, would be the students learning the necessary information to be successful at their job. This would include an organized lesson and training program. The second would be the students feeling comfortable asking questions. It is important for the teachers to be approachable so students can feel like they are able to keep open dialogue between them. Lastly, it is important to keep moral high by showing the trainee the things the employees love about their jobs, this makes the trainees more excited and eager to learn.
