Tell us about a piece of content you’ve created that performed well. What made it successful, and how did you know?
I created a set of reels for a wedding planning company that highlighted the "behind the scenes" process of weddings. The reels got significantly more engagement than other posts, and resulted in an increase in followers on Instagram. However, I think what really made this content successful was the ability to reach the target audience in a new and authentic way.

What’s a brand you think absolutely crushes it on social media, and what makes their content stand out to you?
A brand that I admire on social media is Free People. While they are a more understated and more down-to-earth company, their social medias seem to really reflect their humanity and connections to their consumer base. I think they do a great job of curating an aesthetic feed that appeals to their audience.
