How would you describe your knowledge of menstrual health? Do you feel informed on proactive and preventative health measures?
I describe it as above average knowledge. I have learned some scientific aspects about menstruation due to research for myself. I feel quite informed on the health and hygienic aspect of it. I have tried many different natural products for cramps yet none work well enough
