What is your favorite marketing campaign you've seen?

One of my favorite marketing campaigns I’ve ever seen was in early 2020 when Fenty Beauty began a content house. Although the program was short-lived due to the beginning of the pandemic, I think Rihanna’s initiative to have a space where creators were encouraged to make content is increasingly interesting as we rely more heavily on social media to build rapport with customers. I think this is a trend that we will begin to see from other larger or newer brands looking to increase their outreach and the use of their products. This also gets people familiar with some faces of the brand making it more likely that the consumer would want to buy product.

Which Parade value is most important to you? Sustainability, Body diversity, Inclusivity, Donating 1% to causes we care about

The most important Parade value to me is body diversity. As a queer midsize woman being able to look at advertisements and campaigns where more than just one token individual is most likely going to look like me is a beautiful thing. It’s something we have to work to see in every community and Parade highlights not just size but gender, ability, sexuality, etc. in a way that is commendable and a gorgeous example to other companies. It neutralizes and celebrates the differences and confidence of people at every size or stage or ability, etc.
