In your opinion, what's the key to creating a successful digital marketing program?

In my opinion, the key to a successful digital marketing program is a creative, trendy, passionate and functional team. A team that has all these qualities can surely be successful as creativity can ensure that new ideas are being formed while trendiness will find a way to reach out to the target audience. Passion is to ensure that the team never gives up and functional because all the ideas and spirit but with no action and responsibility can cause efforts to go down the drain.

How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?

In my opinion and from what I've and people around me have experienced, Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career in a calm, flexible and less stressful way. A lot of them grew up with seeing how stressful some adults are with their work while not even having time to be home, not having enough rest with bills to pay. Hence a lot of Gen Z want to not only do well at their jobs but to also enjoy life while doing it. They want to think of their careers as a passion, not a burden.

A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?

First, I would give them a formal greeting and apology. Next, I would see if the customer has stated why they gave the bad review in the first place and I would kindly ask them if they would like to send an email to discuss their experience further. Third, I would assess the kind of problem that the customer is facing. If the customer is facing problems on how to use the service or product, I would kindly advise them on what they could do to fix it and if the problem is based on accessibility, looks, usage etc. I would ask their opinions on how we could make the experience better for them. I would also make sure to ask for a follow-up to see if their problem is fixed.
