I document issues clearly and objectively by describing what happened, when it occurred, and the specific steps that led to it so it can be easily reproduced. I then categorize the severity and impact of the issue and include any relevant evidence like screenshots, logs, or notes. Finally, I communicate it through the proper channel with a concise summary and suggested context so the team can quickly understand and act on it.

What do you look for when testing a new hair product?
When testing a new hair product, I look at how it performs on my specific hair type in terms of hold, texture, and overall finish throughout the day. I also pay attention to how it feels—whether it’s lightweight, greasy, or causes buildup over time. Finally, I consider the ingredients and whether it’s easy to wash out and doesn’t damage or dry out my hair.
