What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
I think their content strategy is too formal and drawn out. Trends are super fast now, and increasingly casual or silly-toned. Gen Z responds to humor and current trends; I've seen way more "senseless" brand videos (such as silly memes or trends) go viral on platforms like Instagram and TikTok than more formal, information-centered videos/content/advertisements.
