How do you ensure social media content aligns with the company's brand voice?
I would do this by creating unique content around the key message/focus of the brand, rather than trying to fit it into a template that could be used for any brand. This ensures the authenticity of the brand is preserved and social media content highlights the brand voice as opposed to detracting from it. I would also be sure to use the brand's colours and design theme throughout all content to ensure that viewers are given a sense of familiarity and continuity.
