Before representing the brand, I'd take the time to really understand the its mission, value and "voice". That way I can bring some authenticity to my messaging rather than sounding robotic. Then I'd meet the audience where they are. Listen and then taylor the messaging so that they are more likely to engage in the brand and its purpose. Being genuinely excited for the service or product I'm representing is very important!
