The feeling of being included plays a huge role in gaining trusted customers. Not only that, Rare Beauty also interacts daily with its fans. It is not unusual for us to come across a video review of a rare beauty product and the official rare beauty commenting on it. These small interactions happen frequently and it increases the engagement between product and consumer. This shows their customers that they care about what they have to say.
