How would you approach engaging potential customers at a busy event?
I would begin by smiling. Body language is incredibly important when conversing! Then, I would ask how their day is- to show I am genuinely interested in their well being. I would then ask if they had the time to hear about No Scrubs!! I would passionately convey my love for them!
