What brands do you think are doing the best work on TikTok right now, and why?
Brands that doing great on TikTok right now are the ones that feel like people, not ads. I really love Beis because they’re constantly collaborating with creators and the content never feels forced. Poppi does an amazing job with college ambassadors and real testimonials. It actually feels like your friend put you on. And Rare Beauty is great at using real people and content that feels super authentic. All of them understand TikTok culture and let creators lead instead of overproducing ads.

How do you decide what belongs on TikTok versus Instagram?
I decide based on platform behavior and intent. TikTok is where I post fast-paced, discovery-driven content like street interviews, hooks, and before/after transformations because it performs best with virality and reach. Instagram is where I share more polished, lifestyle-driven content like GRWM, routines, and testimonials that build brand trust and aesthetic consistency. I tailor each video’s pacing, captions, and edits to fit how users naturally consume content on each platform.
