"I stay updated by actively scrolling platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to see what’s trending especially audio, transitions, and content formats. I also follow creators in the health, lifestyle, and student space so I can adapt those trends in a way that feels true to my ADHD journey and pre-med life.
