I would keep it very simple: show a normal creator struggling to make a video, then switch to MagicShot helping them turn the idea into a clean short clip quickly.
The 15 seconds would be: quick problem in the first 2 seconds, show the AI feature in action, then reveal the final video result. I would focus on making it feel fast, visual, and easy to understand, so people instantly see why the tool is useful.

For me, a short-form video is engaging when it catches my attention straight away and gives me a reason to keep watching. I like content that is simple to understand, visually clean, and has a clear payoff at the end.
A strong hook, good pacing, the right sound, and a bit of curiosity make a big difference. If a video makes me watch until the end or replay it, that is usually a sign it worked.
