I once worked with a programmer who developed a tool that could automatically complete fast food surveys. I suggested expanding its functionality to handle a variety of different surveys, and after implementing the idea, the tool became much more versatile and valuable to a broader group of users.

I like to really take my time with them and see how they actually perform in real-life situations. I would be honest about what works and what doesn’t, and I always try to look at it from both my perspective and how it might help other people too.
