Yes! In my creative work leading a women’s faith-based community, I often navigate sensitive topics like addiction, self-worth, and spiritual identity. One example was when I shared my personal journey of overcoming weed addiction after being convicted in my walk with Christ. I approached it with vulnerability, transparency, and grace—focusing not just on the struggle, but on the redemption and healing God provided. I made sure to create a safe, non-judgmental space for others to share their stories too. The authenticity resonated deeply with the community, leading to powerful conversations, stronger connections, and a sense of hope for those in similar situations.

Yes, I am 21 years or older. One time I took initiative beyond my typical responsibilities was when I noticed a gap in engagement and consistency within a faith-based women’s group I was part of. Although I wasn’t assigned a leadership role, I stepped up to create weekly community challenges, organize virtual fitness and prayer sessions, and personally reach out to members to build stronger connections. What motivated me was a passion for helping women feel seen, supported, and spiritually empowered. As a result, participation grew, new members joined, and the group became more active and united.
