When I started, the brand had limited visibility and engagement, and I knew that simply showcasing services wouldn’t be enough to attract and retain followers. Instead, I focused on sharing authentic stories that highlighted the lives of the residents and the compassionate care provided by the staff.I crafted posts that featured personal stories from families and caregivers, emphasizing the emotional bond and trust built between the staff and the families they served. For example, we shared a post about a resident’s journey with Angel’s HomeCare, highlighting how the team helped them live their life with dignity and joy. These stories resonated deeply with followers, fostering a sense of community and empathy.Additionally, I used storytelling to spotlight the staff and their dedication, which helped humanize the brand and make it more relatable.
