To me, authenticity is having people trust what I say to the point that they would go out and buy the products or just having a trustful bond with my viewers to know I wouldn’t promote something that I have no knowledge on.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
I would create FOMO and social proof by explaining the products and they benefits that come with using the products as I am using the products so that the viewers are more likely to trust me.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would apologize for the fact that they feel so negatively about the product and offer other products that might be helpful to them instead. I would do this and be able to keep it professional
