What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
Not profiling and defining the target audience and objective for their content and campaigns. Talking broadly reduces content efficiency, which also means their brand's content is not directly talking to their target consumers. Brands that fail to adopt new digital marketing trends and platforms also fall behind in their marketing efforts.

Wellness to me is an integration of both my physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Although am still struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle - foodwise, I take extra steps for my mental health including taking rests and pauses am much as I need to avoid burnout.
