Do you use affirmations in your own life? If so, how?

Yes, i do I have a piece of paper taped to my mirror with positive affirmations and I say them while getting ready. I also am a bug believer in listening to frequencies as well while doing affirmations in the morning. I also affirm at night before I go to sleep which I keep in my notes app.

How comfortable are you approaching and interacting with strangers for man-on-the-street content? Can you share an example of when you’ve done something similar?

I’m actually pretty comfortable talking to strangers, especially when it’s for something fun or meaningful. I’ve done similar things in the past through student leadership roles, where I had to walk up to people around campus to promote events, collect survey responses, or just get quick video clips for social media. One specific example was when I helped with a student voter registration campaign. I went around campus asking students if they were registered and filmed short clips of them sharing why voting matters to them. At first, it was definitely nerve-wracking—but once I got into the rhythm of introducing myself and setting a positive tone, it became second nature.
